Logging On and Off

In order to access your account information, you must first log on to the site. To view your Subscriber Account Controls, click on the Subscribers tab in the navigation, or click on the List Leaders option for List Leader Controls. Enter your email and password in the spaces provided and click the Log On button. You should now be able to view your account controls. Logging on creates a cookie in your browser, so that your basic user identification is saved as you move from page to page in the site. For more information on cookies, please read our Cookie FAQ. When you are finished working with your account, it is strongly recommended that you Log Off, by clicking the appropriate link on your Account Controls page. Logging off deletes the cookie so that no one else has access to your user account.

Forgotten Passwords

If you do not know or have forgotten your password, and can't log on, you may request to have your password sent to you via email. Click here to request your password. We recommend that you change your password once you have logged on, in order to keep your SendMeMore Network Service user account secure. No one can be sent a password to an account other than their own; however, anyone with access to your email account may be able to view your SendMeMore Network Service password. Change Your Account Profile

You may store personal information in your user account with SendMeMore Network Service. Providing demographic information allows the service to further customize itself to your needs.

If you have concerns about your privacy, please view our Privacy Policy. In order to update or change any personal information in your account, simply click on Change Account Profile on your Account Controls page. On the profile page, simply enter the information into the form fields provided, then click Update Profile. Your new information will be sent to the user database, and should be visible in the form fields after the update, and you should see a message indicating your update was successful. If you receive an error message, please contact help@SendMeMore.com for more specific information.

Change Your Email Address

If you change your email address, you must enter the new address in your user account, or you will no longer be able to receive email through our service. To make the change, you need to click on the Change Email link on your controls page. Enter your new email address into the form field provided. Take care that your new email address is spelled correctly and is working properly before you change it. Once you submit the new address, it is permanently changed in our database. If you have entered an incorrect email address, you will not be able to receive messages from our system.

Change Your Password

You can change your SendMeMore password at any time by clicking on the Change Password link on your Controls Page. Enter your old password into the form field provided. You will see two fields for your new password. You are required to enter your password twice in order to confirm that you have typed it correctly. Once you have entered all the necessary information, click the Change button to set your new password. Make sure that you set your password to something you can remember; however, if you cannot remember or do not know your password, you can request that it be sent to your email address.

Delete Your Account

If you no longer wish to keep an account with SendMeMore, you may delete it at any time, provided you do not own any lists. If you are a List Leader, you must first delete all existing lists from your account before you can delete your user account. All deletions are permanent, and deleted information cannot be recovered, so do not delete anything unless you are completely sure you wish to do so. In order to delete your user account, click on the Delete Account link on your controls page. Enter your email address and password into the form fields provided to confirm the deletion of your account, and click the Delete button. You will receive a message and a goodbye email to confirm your deletion was successful. For further help or questions on deleting your account, please contact help@SendMeMore.com.
