Napoleon is a graduate of the University of Texas where he earned a B.B.A. in Economics. Napoleon has roots in Mexico and Venezuela; he has spent several years living, working, and traveling throughout Latin America.
Napoleon is responsible for Business Development for Latin American-base projects as well as utlizing "nearshore IT resources" as a means to provide IT development teams to US-based projects who desire to maximize their IT expenditures, while maintaining proximity to their resources.
